Who are You Competing With?

I believe that a healthy amount of competition should exist in every workplace. The competitive drive there, however, should never be at the expense of collaboration. When companies become too competitive, we see unhealthy behaviors begin to develop and groups moving away from teamwork and towards invidual goals.
