Quick Quitting and What to Do About It

Everyone has been talking about quiet quitting a lot lately but quick quitting (and the discussion around it) has been increasing as well. Quick quitting occurs when employees stay at a job for less than a year. There are some industries that have been more affected by it than others according to a recent LinkedIn Workforce Report. They include arts and recreation, tech and media, and administrative/support services.
