Mandatory Vacation Days- A Win For Everyone

So many of us are afraid to use all of our vacation days for a variety of reasons. We fear that we’ll fall inevitably behind. We worry that we will be looked upon negatively for being out of the office or we’ve simply got too much to do. Not using vacation days, however, can be detrimental for both the employer and employee.
