How to Fit More Fun Into Your Life in 5 Simple Steps (it’s easier than you think).

  1. Critically assess your current schedule. Where are you spending the bulk of your time? Find out by tracking yourself for a week or two -be honest in your assessments. You’ll quickly start to see what you are doing with your precious moments and where you can improve.
